Terms and Conditions for Hunza Holidays
1. Introduction Thank you for choosing Hunza Holidays. Our commitment is to ensure that you experience the best of your chosen destination. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you, the traveler, and Hunza Holidays, hereafter referred to as “we” or “our”.
2. Booking and Reservations a) All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon our acknowledgment. b) A 20% nonrefundable deposit of the total cost is required to secure your booking. c) Specific requirements, including dietary needs or accommodation preferences, must be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Payment Terms a) Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified at the time of booking. b) Complete payment should be made by the designated deadline to finalize your reservation.
4. Cancellation and Refunds a) Cancellation fees apply and vary based on the travel package and time of cancellation relative to the departure date. b) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the associated cancellation charges. c) No refunds for missed trips, late arrivals, or early departures.
5. Documentation a) It’s the traveler’s responsibility to possess valid travel documents including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certifications. b) Ensure timely procurement and validity of required documents for the entire duration of the trip.
6. Health, Safety, and Insurance a) We recommend travelers to acquire comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen incidents. b) Adhere to health advisories, vaccinations, or preventive measures advised for the chosen destination.
7. Itinerary Changes a) While we aim to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances might necessitate adjustments. b) We retain the right to modify accommodations, transport, or activities, assuring equivalent quality standards.
8. Conduct and Responsibilities a) Travelers must respect and adhere to local customs, rules, and laws. b) Any loss, injury, or damages incurred due to individual actions are solely the traveler’s responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability a) Hunza Holidays, its employees, or affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property. b) We are not responsible for any damages due to natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control. 10. Promotional Materials a) We may capture photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, notify us in writing.
11. Governing Law a) These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any arising disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in any judicial jurisdiction of Pakistan.
12. Amendments We reserve the right to update or alter these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
